Also known as the World Capital of Chocolate, Bruges is not short of chocolate shops. It even has a chocolate museum. The most famous chocolate shop has to be The Chocolate Line.
With handmade chocolates that include a ganache, perfumed with a distillate of Havana leaves, an almond praliné with crisp fried onions and a white chocolate ganache flavoured with saffron and mild curry just to name a few of the combinations available to customers.
