Ordinarily the Stanfords team spend the beginning of the year setting up their map clad stage at Destinations: The Holiday & Travel Show at Olympia. For obvious reasons the in person show did not happen this year so we took the show online.
At Stanfords we champion travel writers by hosting book launches and live author events throughout the year. We’ve missed hosting them and this was a much needed treat for us.
Travel may not be an option right now but we can still see the world through travel writing and here are some great author talks to guide you around the world.

We said if we raised more than our target we would use the extra funds towards a few projects including this digital version of our Stanfords Travel Writers Festival.
