Miami, Bruges, San Francisco, Bristol. Bristol has beat lots of cities to the 4th ranking spot in the world’s most inspirational cities. The survey was conducted by the travel company TravelBird and graded cities in accordance to a criteria based on innovation and creativity. GO BRISTOL.

French bakery invents a folding baguette

Gone are the days of ruining your baguette on your cycle home from the boulangerie. A French bakery has started making folding baguettes so that cyclists can fit them in their bags.

Salvador Dali’s surrealist cookbook available to buy

In 1973, Dali published a cookery book titled Les diners de Gala that contained recipes and illustrations of the meals he and his wife used to cook at their infamous gatherings. Finally after many years, Taschen have reprinted the book featuring all 136 recipes.

With a surrealist twist, and lots of golden quotes from Dali this is obviously no ordinary cook book as you can see from these images:
