From ancient inns to swanky gastropubs, he informs us of eccentric quirks, unique features and gives us a sense of each pub’s atmosphere. Brown has also included sections on Pub History, Pub Culture, and Types of Pubs so you get a wider idea of just what makes the pub such a wonderful cultural institution
